Automated Messages and Emails:
You will be receiving messages regarding your opt-in confirmation, booking confirmation, and appointment reminders. Apart from thi,s you will not receive any automated messages or emails.
Unsubscribe:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To cancel the appointment. Simply text "Cancel" to the shortcode, and you will receive a confirmation regarding your cancelled appointment.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer:
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability, network conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or accuracy of SMS messages. Carriers are not responsible for any charges, errors, or service interruptions related to SMS messaging. Message and data rates may apply.
Support:
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 5 messages 36 prior to the appointment and one each upon optin and appointment no-show/cancel. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
